One example of a mandatory requirement is a document describing the characteristics of the products or services provided. This documentation is critical to the process of building a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. The first three paragraphs cover the scope, references, and conditions of ISO 9001. Although these sections do not contain mandatory requirements, they provide useful explanatory information for the organization. 10. Improvement

What is the ISO 9001 certification process?

If there is a large gap between existing systems and procedures, and the level of ISO 9001 standard, it will naturally take longer to obtain certification.
